Federal Notary Fraud Statutes

18 U.S.C. § 1017 : US Code – Section 1017: Government seals wrongfully used and instruments wrongfully sealed

  Whoever fraudulently or wrongfully affixes or impresses the seal
of any department or agency of the United States, to or upon any
certificate, instrument, commission, document, or paper or with
knowledge of its fraudulent character, with wrongful or fraudulent
intent, uses, buys, procures, sells, or transfers to another any
such certificate, instrument, commission, document, or paper, to
which or upon which said seal has been so fraudulently affixed or
impressed, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more
than five years, or both.

18 USC 494:

Whoever falsely makes, alters, forges, or counterfeits any bond, bid, proposal, contract, guarantee, security, official bond, public record, affidavit, or other writing for the purpose of defrauding the United States; or Whoever utters or publishes as true or possesses with intent to utter or publish as true, any such false, forged, altered, or counterfeited writing, knowing the same to be false, forged, altered, or counterfeited; or Whoever transmits to, or presents at any office or to any officer of the United States, any such false, forged, altered, or counterfeited writing, knowing the same to be false, forged, altered, or counterfeited – Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

18 U.S.C. § 505 : US Code – Section 505: Seals of courts; signatures of judges or court officers

 Whoever forges the signature of any judge, register, or other
officer of any court of the United States, or of any Territory
thereof, or forges or counterfeits the seal of any such court, or
knowingly concurs in using any such forged or counterfeit signature
or seal, for the purpose of authenticating any proceeding or
document, or tenders in evidence any such proceeding or document
with a false or counterfeit signature of any such judge, register,
or other officer, or a false or counterfeit seal of the court,
subscribed or attached thereto, knowing such signature or seal to
be false or counterfeit, shall be fined under this title or
imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
